Blog 5: Letters to Juliet

Letters to Juliet is about a couple who goes to Italy and the girl (Sophie) finds a letter to Juliet as in "Romeo and Juliet" from a woman in 1957. The letter was never replied to so the girl (Sophie) decides to reply and it starts a journey. The movie is about an elderly woman who is in love and Sophie ends up falling in love with someone else. So basically it's two love stories mixed into one movie.     Oh I saw the previews for this movie and thought it was so clever. Doesn't the original lady find the man that was supposed to reply to her years ago? I want to see this movie now that you reminded me of it. I am not really that into love stories like this, but it sounds and looks pretty good. Do you recommend watching this movie for a couple? I wonder if they get the story line from Romeo and Juliet, because I read the play, and do not remember any thing about notes in a wall? I probably just do not remember.
